Your Licensing
Agreement
In order to use your copy of
EasySellerPro you must first read and accept the terms of this
license.
1. What You Can Do Under This
license
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of
this license, EasySellerPro will grant you a limited license
which is non-exclusive and personal to you only. This means
you can only install and use EasySellerPro on domains
owned by yourself.
1.2 Under the terms of this license you are
allowed to install EasySellerPro on any server which is
leased, rented or owned by yourself or your company.
1.3 Unless it has been stated otherwise, any
upgrades etc to EasySellerPro will also be subject to the
terms of this license.
2. What You Can't Do Under This
license
You agree not to:-
2.1 Build shopping carts sites which will
transmit or communicate data which is illegal, abusive,
vulgar, threatening, harmful, obscene, harassing,
defamatory, invasive of another person's privacy, gender
hateful and/or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable to another person.
2.2 Use EasySellerPro to build shopping
carts which will in any way cause harm to minors.
2.3 Use EasySellerpro to build websites to
sell on to others (unless you have bought a "Flipper"
license)
2.4 Transmit, access or communicate
information to customers of any carts you build with
EasySellerPro which you don't have a legal right to under
any law pertaining to your own individual country (and
others).
2.5 Use EasySellerPro to transmit, access or
communicate any information that infringes on any other
person's or company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade
secret, or other proprietary rights.
2.6 Interfere with or try to disrupt the
source code to EasySellerPro
2.7 Remove any proprietary notices from EasySellerPro or
interfere with their copyright.
2.8 This
license also prohibits you from reverse engineering,
de-compiling, disassembling, altering, duplicating, modifying,
renting, leasing loaning, sublicensing, making copies, creating
derivative works from, distributing or providing others with
the script in whole or part, or otherwise transmitting the
script over any network. (Our lawyers are
watching!)
3. We reserve the right to
modify our TOS at any time we feel it is neccesary.
