Does EasySellerPro come
with a manual
Yes, not only do you get
a manual, you also get a complete set of videos showing
you how to use the script!
You will find all details on the download page. If you run into
any problems, our help desk is just a click

2. What is
your upgrade policy?
We are comitted to
updating and improving ESP constantly. We also value your
business. Until further notice, all our customers will receive
free upgrades. (Make sure you subscribe to the upgrade
notification list on the download page)! After this, you will
receive upgrades free of charge until we reach version 2 of the
script.
At the moment, we are on version 1, so we will be going
right through to 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc. (So you have free upgrades
for a long time yet)! Major upgrades after this time will be
subject to a vastly reduced charge to existing customers.
3. Does the Script run on my
computer or online
The script needs to be uploaded to your server. We've made the
process as simple as possible, there are also extensive
instructions in the manual and videos supplied with your copy.
Our help desk isn't very far away, so any problems etc all
you need to do is drop us a line.
4. How many times can I use
the ESP script?
You can use it as many times as you wish (as long as it is for
personal use only).
5. Do you
have an affiliate program?
Yes, you can
access our affiliate program here www.newbie-network.com/affiliates we
pay out 30% of every sale you make on ESP.
6. Do you have a
forum?
We certainly do, it's a member's only
forum and you will be given details of how to join on the
download page.
7. I'm a
complete newbie at this type of thing, how easy is the script
to use?
ESP was designed with you in mind! Though a very powerful
script, it's very easy to install, and the control panel is a
breeze to use.
However if you don't feel confident enough to install it
yourself, we can install it for you for a small
price. ($25). Just log a ticket at our help desk (with your
transaction ID) and we'll happily install it for you...(This
price covers one installation only)
